Originally published in various pulp science fiction and fantasy magazines, stories featuring the character proved enduringly popular after Howard's untimely death in 1936, and the chemist and science fiction writer John D. Clark, among others, worked to collect them and publish them in book form in the 1950s. The final two books here are also attributed to L. Sprague de Camp and Bjorn Hyberg, who completed and revised some of Howard's stories. Slight edgewear to jackets, expected toning throughout, else a very good or better set.
