"The Address is taken from the August Rush-Light with, however, five omissions (at pp.275, 280-1, 283-4, 292 and 293) totaling about two pages of the original 37 page Address. Cobbett is quite harsh in his treatment of prominent Americans, except for Hamilton, whom he calls "one of our warmest friends."
