Cottle, 1796. First edition of Coleridge's first book of poetry. First appearance in print of Charles Lamb, who contributed a few verses. Wise, Coleridge, 8. Very light rubbing to spine ends, part of label missing, gilt worn on spine, bookplate of George Merryweather on front pastedown, occasional faint foxing, else a very good copy in a brown morocco backed fleece-lined drop-front box.
