(LONDON, JACK). Collection of Photographs of various locations in Glen Ellen, California, various sizes, 8 5/8 x 11 3/4" to 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. Includes a photograph of a sculpted head of a man, inscribed in pencil, "Clay model of Parslow by Frolich." On the verso, "Dear Parslow, in Years to come this statue will be enlarged and erected in solid silver in all the big Parks and cities of U.S. and the World. It was such a pleasure to me to have the honour and grand opportunity to make this study of the one only being just like you. In former lives you have been a king once and will be so again. Maybe. Yours, Frolich." G. L. Parslow was a ranchman at Wolf House, London's ranch in Glen Ellen. Finn Haakon Froelich (1868 - 1947) was a Norwegian sculptor who befriended the Londons and became part of their group of friends. He did both a bust of London and a bas relief. There are also two photographs of the bas relief of London. Also included are a number of photographs of the ruins of Wolf House, photographs of London and Charmian, and one of London's grave.
