Some foxing and minor chipping and tears, else a very good copy. Handtinted woodcuts. "Letterpress, text in script type, with some words highlighted in a variety of different types; with facsimile signatures, the whole encased within an ornamental border featuring a portrait of George Washington (Barritt, sc.) and the state seals interspersed with names of revolutionary war generals." William Barritt was a wood engraver active in New York City from about 1845 to 1869.
